Getting a custom plan for your organisation

Audience: Owner

If none of the standard plans suit your organisation - for example you need a different number of hours or seats than any listed plan offers - you don't need to choose one of the standard plans. Instead, request a custom plan.

1. Go to Settings > Billing (see How to choose a plan).
2. Below the plans, select Contact our sales team.
3. Arvi's team will get in touch to set up a plan that matches your organisation's needs.
4. Once it's arranged, your organisation's plan is updated on your account - there's nothing further to apply yourself.
