HealthLink charges your clinic directly; Arvi doesn't bill you for it. The cost depends on your practice type (GP, specialist or allied health) and how much you use HealthLink. HealthLink contacts your clinic about costs after you apply.
Filling in HealthLink's form takes about 10 minutes. HealthLink usually replies in 4–5 business days and may phone your clinic. Waiting more than 7 days? Contact Arvi support.
Clinic admins. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Integration → HealthLink.
It's a HealthLink address, like an email address for a practice. Your clinic gets its own when it goes live; you'll see it on the HealthLink page. You need another practice's EDI only if you add a doctor by hand.
Yes, to send or receive through HealthLink. HealthLink matches doctors by their Medicare provider number. An admin adds it in Doctors on the HealthLink page.
