HealthLink is a secure network that Australian practices use to send clinical letters and results to each other. Arvi is connected to it, so you can send and receive through HealthLink without leaving Arvi.

What you can do

  • Send referrals and letters to other practices, straight from the Send Letter screen.
  • Receive results and letters from other practices in your Arvi Inbox.
  • Check where a letter you sent is, for each recipient, with View Send Status.

Who does what

  • Clinic admins set HealthLink up once and add each doctor's provider number. Doctors are switched on automatically.
  • Doctors who are switched on send letters with their own name and provider number, and read their own messages in the Inbox.
  • Admins can send for a doctor: they choose the doctor in Send on behalf of.
  • Nurses can't send through HealthLink. A doctor or admin sends for them.

Cost

HealthLink charges your clinic directly. Arvi doesn't bill you for it. The cost depends on your practice type (GP, specialist or allied health) and how much you use HealthLink. HealthLink contacts your clinic about costs after you apply.
