How to add a doctor's qualifications, specialisation and provider number
Add the doctor's professional details that print on the letterhead.

A doctor's details are part of their letter template.
- Go to Templates.
- To add a new doctor, click Create New Template. To update a doctor, click the eye icon (View template) and then the pencil icon (Edit template).
- Under Doctor Details, fill in:
- Qualifications
- Specialisation
- Provider Number (for example 123456AB)
- Click Save Template (or Save Changes).
These details appear at the top right of the letterhead.
If you see Provider number format is invalid, check it matches the example (6 numbers and 2 letters).
