How to buy more tokens
Buy a token pack when you need more than your plan includes.

Audience: Owner
- Go to Billing. (Or hover over your plan card in the sidebar and click Add Tokens.)
- In the Addon Tokens card, click Top Up.
- In Purchase Tokens, choose a pack and click Buy Now.
- Complete the payment in the new tab.

Your new tokens are added straight away. Bought tokens never expire - they stay until you use them.
If you've run out, you'll see Transcription Tokens Exhausted - click Buy More Tokens to go straight to the packs.
If you see a lock instead of Top Up, you don't have permission to buy tokens. Ask your Super Admin.
