How to cancel your subscription

Audience: Owner

1. Go to Billing and scroll to the bottom.
2. Open Subscription Management.
3. Next to Cancel Subscription, click Cancel.
4. Read what happens and click Continue to Cancel.
5. Optional: tell us why you're leaving, then click Continue (or Skip).
6. Click Cancel Subscription to confirm.

What happens next

• You keep full access until the end of your billing period. The page shows Cancellation Scheduled and the end date.
• After that, your data is available to view for 30 days.
• Changed your mind? Click Reactivate any time before the end date - see How to subscribe again.

Changed your mind during the steps? Click Keep Subscription.
