How to choose the letter type

Audience: Doctor

You choose the letter type after you stop recording.

1. Stop the recording.
2. Click Generate Letter.
3. In Confirm & Process, open Select Letter Type and choose one:
   • Initial Consultation - first consultation with a new patient
   • Follow-up Consultation - follow-up consultation report
   • Consultation Note - general consultation summary
   • Procedure Report - documentation of procedures performed
   • Dictation - free-form dictation without a template
   • Referral - referring a patient to another specialist
4. Click Process Recording.

Process Recording stays greyed out until you choose a type.
