How to choose your notifications
Choose which events Arvi notifies you about.

Audience: All
- Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Under Account, click Notifications.
- Use All Notifications to turn every notification on or off.
- To choose one by one, open a group (for example Patient or Team) and switch individual notifications on or off, such as Patient Added or New Team Member.
Changes save straight away - you'll see Preferences saved.

Some notifications are marked Critical (for example billing alerts). If you try to mute one, Arvi asks you to confirm with Mute Anyway, or click Keep Active.
