How to export a patient record as a PDF (and email it)
Download a patient's record as a PDF or email it.

- Open the patient and go to the Patient Profile tab.
- Click the download icon (Export PDF).
- Choose:
- No, just download - the PDF is saved to your computer.
- Yes, email it - enter one or more email addresses in Send to (up to 20) and click Send.

The PDF includes the patient's profile details, notes and appointment history.
