How to filter patients by doctor and see Today's appointments

Audience: All

The three panels at the top of the Patients page give you a quick view:

• Today Appointments - how many patients are booked today.
• Total Patients - how many patients your clinic has.
• Filter By - choose a doctor.

To see one doctor's patients

1. Click Filter By.
2. Search for and choose the doctor, or choose All Doctors.
3. Today's Appointments now shows only that doctor's patients.
4. Click Clear Filter to see everyone again.

Good to know

• Doctors start with the list filtered to their own patients.
• If nobody is booked, you'll see No appointments scheduled for today.
