How to find a patient
Search for a patient by name, date of birth, appointment date or Medicare number.

On the Patients page, use the search boxes:
- Patient Name
- Date of Birth
- Appointment Date
- Medicare Number
The list updates as you type - there's no search button. You'll see how many patients were found (for example 3 Patients Found).
- Click All to list every patient.
- Click Clear to empty the search boxes.
To open a patient, click their name or the eye icon (View Profile).

If nothing matches, you'll see No patients found matching your search criteria. Check the spelling or try a different box.
