How to find or delete meeting minutes
Search and filter your meeting minutes, or delete ones you don't need.

Find
On the Meeting Minutes page, use:
- Search meetings… - by title or recorder's name.
- Filter by date - meetings on one day.
- All types - one meeting type, such as MDT Meeting.
- All recorders - meetings recorded by one person.
- Clear - remove the filters.
Just recorded a meeting and can't see it? Click Refresh.
Delete
- Click the bin icon (Delete meeting minutes) on the meeting.
- Click Delete to confirm. You'll see Meeting minutes deleted.
This can't be undone. You can only delete meetings you recorded.
