How to fix errors in a CSV import

Audience: Admin

If your file has mistakes, you'll see Errors Found in CSV and nothing is imported until all rows are correct.

1. Read the table. Each line shows the Row, the Field and the Issue.
2. Click Field Rules & Format Guide to see the rules for each column.
3. Click Close and Fix Errors.
4. Fix the rows in your file and save it.
5. Import the file again with Import CSV.

Common mistakes

• Dates not in DD/MM/YYYY format.
• Date of birth in the future, or appointment date before date of birth.
• Gender not one of Male, Female or Other.
• A required column left empty (First Name, Last Name, DOB, Gender, Appointment Date).
