How to generate a Patient Summary or a Consultation Note
Create a patient-friendly summary or a consultation note from an existing letter's recording.

Audience: Doctor
- Go to Letters and find a letter from the consultation (any tab).
- Click the More Options menu (the dots) on its row.
- Under Letter Generation, choose Generate Patient Summary or Generate Consultation Note.
- Wait while it's created. You'll see Generation Completed.
- Find the new letter in your Letters list, then check and approve it like any other letter.

Good to know
- You can create one of each per recording. Once created, the option shows Already Generated.
- This uses your tokens.
