How to join a clinic from an invitation email

Audience: All

When someone at your clinic invites you, you get an email to finish setting up your account.

1. Open the email You're Invited to Join Arvi Health - Complete Your Registration.
2. Click Complete Registration. The Complete Your Registration page opens.
3. Your Organisation Name, Department and Email Address are filled in for you.
4. Enter your First Name and Last Name. Doctors also enter their Education Qualification.
5. Choose a Password and enter it again in Confirm Password.
6. Tick the Terms and Conditions box and click Complete Registration.
7. Sign in with your new password.

Good to know

• Invitations expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, ask your clinic to resend it.
• Already have an Arvi account? Your name is filled in and you don't need a new password - you sign in with your existing one.
• If you see Invitation Required, the link is incomplete or expired. Ask for a new invitation.
