How to move a letter back to draft
Send an approved letter back to My Drafts so you can change it.

Audience: Doctor
- Go to Letters → Approved Letters.
- Find the letter (status Approved Unsent or Marked as Actioned).
- Click the More Options menu (the dots) on its row.
- Under Letter Action, click Move to Draft. You'll see Letter moved to drafts successfully.
The letter goes back to My Drafts, where you can edit and approve it again.
Letters that have already been sent can't be moved back to draft.
