How to regenerate a letter or convert it to another type

Audience: Doctor

Regenerate (a new version of the same type)

1. Open the draft with View Letter.
2. Click the refresh icon (Regenerate letter).
3. A new version is created. You'll see Letter regenerated successfully.

Convert to (a different letter type)

1. Open the draft with View Letter.
2. Click Convert to and choose the new type, for example Referral Letter.
3. A new version of that type is created.

Switching between versions

Click the Version 1, Version 2 … tabs at the top of the letter to compare them. Approve the one you want to keep.

Good to know

• You can make up to 5 versions of each letter type.
• Regenerate isn't available for Dictation letters.
• Convert to only appears on drafts.
