How to reset a forgotten password

Audience: All

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password.
2. Enter your Email Address and click Reset Password.
3. Check your email for a 4-digit code. Enter it and click Verify OTP.
4. Enter your New Password and type it again in Confirm Password.
5. Click Update Password. You'll see Password has been reset successfully.
6. Sign in with your new password.

Password rules: 8 to 128 characters, with at least one small letter, one capital letter, one number and one special character.

Didn't get the code? Check your spam folder. To get a new code, click Back to Email Entry and enter your email again.
