How to set the opening and closing line of your letters
Choose how your letters start and end.

Audience: Doctor
- Go to Letter Format and choose the letter type.
- Under Opening Line, choose:
- Generate based on recipient - the AI writes a suitable opening, or
- Custom: - write your own, for example "Thank you for referring {Patient Name} for {Reason}".
- Under Closing Line, write your closing in Custom:, for example "Please contact me if you need any further assistance".
- Click Save Settings.

Words in curly brackets, like {Patient Name} and {Reason}, are filled in for each letter.
You must choose an opening and a closing line before you can save.
