How to switch to another organisation (Switch Organisation)

Audience: All

If you work at more than one clinic, you can move between them without logging out.

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. In the Organisation box, open Switch Organisation.
3. Your clinics are listed. The current one says Active.
4. Click Switch next to the clinic you want.

If that clinic uses two-step login

1. You'll see Verification sent.
2. Open the Organisation Switch Request email and click Approve. The link expires after 1 minute.
3. Arvi shows Approved! Switching... and opens the other clinic.

If the link expires, click Resend.

Before you switch: finish any recording and save your work. Switching reloads Arvi, and anything unsaved will be lost.
