How to upload an audio file instead of recording (Upload Recording)

Audience: Doctor

Use this if the consultation was recorded on another device.

1. Open the patient's page and click Upload Record at the top right.
2. In Upload Recording:
   • Choose the Select Letter Type.
   • Admins and Nurses also choose Select Doctor (Letter Owner).
3. Click Select Recording and choose your audio file.
4. Click Upload.

Files you can upload: MP3, WAV, M4A, DS2 or WEBM, up to 500 MB.

You can't upload while a recording is running - finish it first.
