What can each role do?

What Super Admins, Admins, Doctors and Nurses can do in Arvi.

Last updated

Audience: All

Every team member has a role. The role decides what they can see and do.

  • Super Admin: Everything. Usually the person who created the account (the clinic owner). Manages billing, the team and permissions.
  • Admin: Runs the clinic: manages the team, billing, patients, uploads recordings and sends letters. Does not record consultations or write letters.
  • Doctor: Records consultations, creates, edits and approves letters, and sends them. Can see the plan and their own usage.
  • Nurse: Records and uploads, creates and edits letters, and sends them. Cannot approve letters or manage the team.

Menu differences

  • Quick Record - Super Admin and Doctor only.
  • Letter Format - not shown to Admins.
  • Permissions - Super Admin only.

Your clinic's Super Admin can change what each role can do - see How to change what each role can do. If you see You don't have permission, ask your Admin.
