What happens after you press Stop

Audience: Doctor

1. Check the recording. You'll see an audio player with Generate Letter, Download and Cancel & Reset.

2. Choose the letter type. Click Generate Letter, choose a type in Select Letter Type and click Process Recording.

3. Processing. The Processing Your Recording window shows three steps:

   • Securing Recording - your recording is sent securely.
   • Processing Audio - Arvi turns the audio into text.
   • Creating Letter - Arvi writes your letter.

   This usually takes 25–50 seconds. You can close the window and keep working - it carries on in the background.

4. Done. You'll see All Done! and you're taken to the Letters page, where your new letter is waiting in My Drafts.

If processing fails, click Retry Processing, or Download My Recording to keep a copy safe.
