A tour of the screen: the menu and your profile menu

Everything in Arvi is reached from the sidebar on the left. On a phone, tap the menu button to open it.

The sidebar

• Clinical
  • Patients - your patient list and appointments.
  • Letters - your draft, approved and sent letters.
• Productivity
  • Meeting Minutes - record meetings and get the minutes.
  • Tasks - follow-up tasks from your letters.
• My Library
  • Templates - how your finished letters look.
  • Letter Format - how the AI writes your letters.

At the bottom of the sidebar

• Your plan card - shows your trial days left or plan status.
• Quick Record - start a recording for a new patient (Doctors and Super Admins).
• Get Support - contact the Arvi team.
• Notifications (bell) and What's New (megaphone).
• Your name - opens your profile menu.

Your profile menu

• Light / Dark - change the colour theme.
• Organisation - shows your current clinic and role. Use Switch Organisation to change clinic.
• Account, Notifications, Security - your own settings.
• Organisation, Team Management, Billing, Permissions - clinic settings (depending on your role).
• Help Center
• Log out
