How to change your plan (upgrade or downgrade)
Move to a bigger or smaller plan, or switch between monthly and yearly.

Audience: Owner
- Go to Billing → Subscription Plans.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly.
- On the plan you want, click Upgrade or Downgrade.
- Read the message and confirm:
- Upgrade - click Continue to Payment and pay the difference for the rest of this period. Your new plan starts straight away. You'll see Plan Upgrade Successful!
- Downgrade - click Confirm Change. Your plan changes at the end of the current billing period. Until then, you keep your current plan.

Good to know
- Switching from monthly to yearly counts as an upgrade. Yearly to monthly counts as a downgrade.
- A downgrade shows as Scheduled with the date it starts.
- If the smaller plan has fewer seats, you'll choose who to keep - see How to choose which team members to keep after a downgrade.
