How to confirm your email address

Audience: All

After you sign up, Arvi sends you an email to confirm your address. Your account is only created once you confirm.

1. Open the email Confirm Your Registration from Arvi Health.
2. Click Confirm Email.
3. A page opens saying Hang tight while we confirm your email. Don't close the window.
4. When you see Email confirmed successfully!, you are taken to the sign-in page.
5. Sign in with your email and password. Arvi emails you a 6-digit code - enter it to finish signing in. See How to log in with a code.

The link doesn't work?

• The link expires after 24 hours.
• If you see Unable to confirm email. The link may be expired or invalid., click Back to Sign Up and sign up again.
• Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder.
