How to log in with a code (two-step login)

Two-step login adds extra security. After your password, you also enter a code sent to your email. It's turned on for new clinics by default.

1. Sign in with your email and password.
2. You'll see Enter the 6 digit code.
3. Open your email and find the 6-digit code from Arvi.
4. Type the code. Arvi checks it as soon as all 6 digits are entered (or click Verify).

Good to know

• The code is valid for 10 minutes.
• Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, then click Resend. You can ask for a new code every 60 seconds.
• To go back, click Back to Sign in.

Two-step login is a setting on your own account, not something set for the whole clinic - each member turns it on or off for themselves - see How to turn on two-factor login for your own account.
