How to turn on two-factor login for your whole organisation
Make everyone in your clinic enter an email code when they sign in.

- Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and click Security.
- Scroll down and open Advanced Security.
- Turn on Two-Factor Authentication. It saves straight away.

You'll see Extra security is enabled for all organisation members. From now on, everyone signs in with their password and a 6-digit code sent to their email - see How to log in with a code.
To turn it off: switch it off and click Yes, Disable 2FA. We recommend keeping it on - it protects your patients' information.
