How to create your Arvi account (sign up)

Audience: Owner

Sign up starts with your email address. Arvi checks it and shows the next step depending on whether the email is new or already registered.

If your email is new

1. Go to the Sign Up page. You'll see Welcome! Let's Get Started.
2. Enter your Email Address and your Organisation Name (the name of your clinic).
3. You'll see New account. Please fill in your details below. Fill in:
   • First Name and Last Name
   • Phone Number (optional)
   • Password and Confirm Password
4. Tick By signing up you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
5. Click Sign up with email. You'll see Confirmation email sent!
6. Open the email and confirm your address - see How to confirm your email address.

If your email is already registered

Use this to set up a new clinic with the login you already have.

1. Enter your Email Address. You'll see User already exists. Enter your new organisation name to continue.
2. Enter the new Organisation Name.
3. Tick the Terms and Conditions box, then click Join with existing account.
4. Confirm the email, then sign in with your existing password.

Password rules: 8 to 128 characters, with at least one capital letter, one small letter, one number and one special character.

Good to know

• The person who signs up becomes the clinic's Super Admin (the owner).
• Your free trial starts as soon as your email is confirmed. No card is needed.
• If you see This organisation name is already taken, choose a different name.
