How to import many patients from a CSV file (Import CSV)

Audience: Admin

Use this to add your existing patient list in one go.

1. Go to Patients and click Import CSV.
2. Read the checklist, then click Sample to download a sample file.
3. Fill in your patients in the sample file and save it as CSV.
4. Click Continue and choose your file.
5. If some doctor names don't match your team, you'll see Patients Need a Doctor. Choose a doctor for each patient (or use Apply to all) and click Import Patients.
6. You'll see Import Complete! Click Done.
