How to record from a patient details page (Start Recording)

Audience: Doctor

1. Go to Patients and open the patient.
2. The Start Recording tab opens.
3. Optional: under Pre-Consultation Notes, click Edit, add notes (for example the reason for the visit) and click Save.
4. Under Recording Mode, choose:
   • In-Person - the patient is in the room.
   • Telehealth - a video call (see below).
5. Press the record button. A timer and moving wave show it's recording.
6. Use pause and stop as needed.
7. Then click Generate Letter - see How to choose the letter type.

Recording a telehealth call

1. Choose Telehealth, then click Select Telehealth Tab.
2. Pick the browser tab with your call (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams…).
3. Turn on Also share tab audio and click Share.
4. When you see Ready to Record, press record.

Use Chrome or Edge for telehealth. The patient's voice is recorded even if you wear headphones.
