What works offline and what does not
What happens to Arvi, and your recordings, when the internet drops.

Arvi needs an internet connection for almost everything - opening patients, creating letters and sending them.
When you lose connection
- A Connection Lost message appears. It closes by itself when you're back online.
- Click Try Again to reload the page, or Dismiss to hide the message.
If you're recording
- Keep going - your audio is saved on your device and sent when you're back online.
- You'll see an Offline badge with a timer.
- If you're offline for more than 5 minutes, stop the recording and click Download to keep a copy. Upload it later with Upload Record.
