How to invite a team member

Audience: Admin

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Click Team Management. The Manage Team page opens.
3. Click Invite Member.
4. In Invite User, enter:
   • Email Address - their work email. Personal emails (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are not allowed.
   • User Role - Doctor or Admin.
   • Department
5. Click Invite.

They'll get an email to join - see How to join a clinic from an invitation email. Their invitation appears on the Invitations tab until they accept.

Good to know

• Invitations expire after 24 hours.
• If Invite Member is greyed out with User limit reached, you need more seats - see Seats explained.
• If you see Invitation already sent, click Resend Invitation or Try Different Email.
