How to record a consultation (Quick Record)

Audience: Doctor

Quick Record is the fastest way to record a new patient - you add the patient and start recording in one step.

1. Click Quick Record at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Under Patient Details, enter First Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth and Appointment Date.
3. Click Start Recording.
4. A 3-second countdown appears, then recording starts by itself.
5. Use the buttons while you record:
   • Pause / Resume - stop and continue.
   • Stop - finish the recording.

Good to know

• The moving wave shows Arvi can hear you. If you see No audio detected. Please check your microphone.

• Quick Record is available to Doctors and Super Admins.
