Letter types explained
What each letter type is for, so you can pick the right one.

Audience: Doctor
- Initial Consultation: The first consultation with a new patient.
- Follow-up Consultation: A follow-up visit - progress since last review and the updated plan.
- Consultation Note: A general summary of a consultation.
- Procedure Report: Recording a procedure you performed.
- Referral: Referring the patient to another specialist.
- Dictation: Free-form dictation, written without a set structure.
